Technical solution of prefabricated panels for a complete installation of a ventilated roof in a simple way and minimising on-site execution times. The λTHERM panels are resistant and very light, so that they do not overload the roof structure, making it possible to save on materials and weight after installation, whether in rehabilitation or in new construction.
The most efficient system, thanks to its low thermal conductivity coefficient (λ = 0.022 W/mK), achieves the highest possible thermal insulation with less thickness. They are available in different insulation thicknesses to adapt to the thermal transmittance requirements of all types of projects and climate zones, including Passivhaus or nearly zero energy buildings.
BORJATHERM panels are supplied with ventilated battens incorporated into the corresponding batten pitch, chosen according to the roof tile to be installed. The λTHERM panels can be installed on discontinuous supports in the direction of the slope, as they are self-supporting as long as minimum distances between supports are respected, which vary according to the thickness of the insulation.
